Warranty claims got us the parts we were missing right away. That guy was great. I STILL haven’t received the maintenance kit we ordered. The tracking is stuck on preparing to ship and now nobody is responding to my emails. I am very disappointed about it. I’ve had to reach out multiple times about it and I never should have. Christmas is in 2 weeks. If I don’t receive the maintenance kit by Friday I am disputing it with my Zelle company. It’s been weeks now and there is no excuse.
