The process of buying and comparing the difference in each option was so smooth. Shipping was fast and the delivery process was so easy. We had worries about the 18 wheeler coming down our driveway. However, he called before coming and we were able to setup to meet at an easy location.

Tribal Motorsports was great and my low rating on the product doesn't or shouldn't reflect on them. When called and emailed about my order status they were great. I did not reach out to them about the product issues as it took me many weeks to get around to assembling it. I was outside the timeframe to get issues addressed, and will have to deal with it on my own. I had high hopes for the Jeep and had planned on buying a second one but have changed my mind based on the issues mine has.

My wife and I was looking for many different deals on 4wheelers for her daughter. Facebook marketplace for used to good deals on brand new. Once we found this website through an ad on fb we were sold. Possibly later down the road we will do another deal with you all, so far our experience has been good, the metal crate was a little damaged but I didn't see any damages to the product itself.

Found what I needed. Received machine very quickly but it's slow.

Honestly it was a little disappointing. I would have loved to have directions and the steering wheel with my order.

The ATV arrived and I added fuel to it. I rode it from one side of my driveway to the other and now it starts and shuts off. Seems like an issue to me.

Anything that was wrong with my order they called me so I could make the decision! Very professional and the bike was at my door in 3 days!

Ordered a bike for my sons birthday. Bike came in faster than expected which was great. Until I opened the crate to se significant scratches on both metal and plastic parts. Instructions that came with the bike are for a different model so some parts are just a figure it out situation. After getting the bike fully together I can not get it to start. Fuel is good, not sure if it's not getting spark or not. Starting to worry I will not have a gift for my sons birthday.
